Sree Shanti Wellness uses authentic Ayurvedic herbal oils and medicated oils for its therapies, rather than ordinary cosmetic massage oils. We primarily source reputed Ayurvedic oils from Kerala, and selected oils are also prepared according to our therapeutic requirements. We follow a strict quality policy for the oils and products used in our treatments, as the choice and quality of oil are an important part of traditional Ayurvedic therapy. 6. What is your cancellation policy? A booking fee of ₹500 per person is required to confirm your appointment. If you need to cancel, please let us know at least 3 hours before your appointment. In that case, you can choose a full refund of your booking fee or reschedule to the next available slot. Cancellations made less than 3 hours before the appointment, and missed appointments, are non-refundable. This policy helps us make the appointment time available to other guests.
